1. Agreement
By using autonexus.ae you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Xergex Technologies FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE.
2. What the site is for
The site describes the Auto Nexus platform and lets you request a demonstration. It does not sell insurance and does not give insurance advice. Figures such as time savings and the calculator on this site are illustrations based on the assumptions shown next to them; results for any brokerage will differ.
3. Accounts and the platform
Access to the Auto Nexus platform is granted only under a signed client agreement. Nothing on this site creates a right to use the platform.
4. Intellectual property
The Auto Nexus name, logo, text, design and software are owned by Xergex Technologies FZCO or its licensors. Insurer names and logos belong to the respective insurers and are shown to indicate an integration, not an endorsement. You may not copy, scrape or reuse the site's content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or platform, interfere with its operation, submit false information through the demo form, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Xergex Technologies FZCO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
